Bounced Emails

It is a fact of life there are unreachable email addresses in every mailing list.

Bounced emails can be a big problem to your server especially if your mailing list is huge.

To reduce future problems, you must carry out regular maintenance of your mailing list by getting rid of the bounced emails.

Some programs will do this for you automatically by handling the bounced emails. They will remove the emails after certain number of soft or hard bounces, and add add them to a blacklist. So this will ensure your list is always clean.
