List Management

List management, another feature borrowed from mailing list management software, is found in most good autoresponders nowadays.

Of all the features, the ability to remove duplication emails is most useful. This prevents you from looking unprofessional by sending out more than one email to the same subscriber who happened to subscribe more than once!

Another powerful feature is the ability to Import or export subscriber database. Most local and desktop autoresponders allow you to do this freely.

But some remotely hosted ones have restrictions on how many subscribers you may import into your database.

Another advanced feature is the ability to do XML import or export and whether you can backup and restore your database.
