A very useful feature is to be able to subscribe or unsubscribe prospects from multiple accounts without having to do it manually.

Another useful feature is to be able to add your competitors or unwelcomed visitors to your banned email list.

The last two features above are only found in more sophisticated models. So this may help you to shorten your list further. ;-)
